Delivery outside of Switzerland

For deliveries of orders in the online shop outside of Switzerland, the costs for packaging and shipping in Europe Zone 1 are from 50 Euro included. The amount of export customs duty is automatically calculated when ordering via our website and is shown before sending the order. On the invoice, export customs clearance is added to the shipping cost. For shipments to the USA/Canada, we charge a shipping flat rate of $90.
Shipping is done by UPS/DPD/Fedex.
Please note that a net invoice amount (i.e. excluding Swiss VAT) is charged for deliveries outside Switzerland. Upon delivery, the respective value added tax (which varies from country to country) will be charged. This amount must be paid directly to the forwarding agent (additional costs may be charged to you by the forwarding agent).

You can pick up the order from us in St. Gallen. We will inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
